<p>This study explores the relationship between career adaptability and various factors among STEM college students through a three-year longitudinal analysis of 231 participants. Using correlation and structural equation modelling, the research highlights the significant influence of intrinsic motivation and academic achievement on career adaptability. Additionally, it identifies the impact of social support, campus experiences, parental support, part-time employment, extracurricular activities, and liberal education exposure. The findings suggest that both personal traits and environmental factors are crucial for enhancing career adaptability. The study's implications stress the importance of supportive environments and diverse experiences in fostering adaptability among STEM students.</p>
