Procrastination is the act of postponing an activity or action required to attain a goal, and it is a widespread occurrence among students worldwide. A well-known issue that affects daily behavior and results in subpar performance is procrastination. It is the purposeful postponement of work. It is a big issue that is prevalent among students and has become a severe concern in today’s fast-paced environment. Delays in completing tasks can have a negative impact on academic learning. Students are assigned a variety of duties for various lectures, and the quality of their academic work determines their overall grade for each topic. Among the underlying causes contributing to procrastination, poor time management stands out as the most prominent. This study explores into the complex world of academic procrastination, trying to bring light on the underlying patterns and causes that influence this common practice among students.
