Zufallsbefunde: submuköser Tumor bei der Gastroskopie
摘要
Submucosal tumors are usually asymptomatic and are generally an incidental finding during gastroscopy. However, submucosal tumors can also become symptomatic as a result of gastrointestinal bleeding or iron deficiency anemia or pain due to obstruction—primarily at anatomical narrow points such as the cardia or the pylorus. Only some of the submucosal tumors require resection or surveillance. Endosonography with the option of tissue biopsy is an essential part of the diagnosis and should be used more frequently to confirm the diagnosis. It is recommended to resect only those lesions that have a risk of being malignant or cause symptoms.
