Channel parallel virus machine for power system fault diagnosis

摘要

The virus machine model represents a young computing paradigm inspired by the virus transmission and replication. In this paper, a novel extension called channel parallel virus machines to enhance both parallelism and semantics of the basic devices is proposed. Based on this, new channel parallel virus machine models representing production rules for power system fault diagnosis are built, which can effectively express the action logic of protective relays and circuit breakers in power system. This new virus machine variant gives more semantic power to the set of instructions, showing in a clear way that power system can be simulated and proving its feasibility on the IEEE 39 bus power system.
