<p>This work proposed a novel mmWave-enabled data aggregation and transmission framework for efficient real-time healthcare monitoring. A Bernoulli Gaussian Distributed Compressed Data Aggregation (BGDCDA) algorithm is introduced to minimize aggregation delay and enhance throughput by efficiently processing homogeneous data packets. To ensure robust and intelligent data transmission, a Multilayer Perceptron with Fibonacci Hash Learning (MPFHL) model is integrated, enabling secure and adaptive packet handling in mmWave Wireless Sensor Networks. The proposed BCDCA-MPFHL method significantly improves data transmission efficiency while reducing aggregation delays and enhancing malicious packet detection capabilities.</p>
