A novel and secured healthcare record sharing framework based on Escrow free identity-based encryption
摘要
Secure and efficient transmission of personal health records (PHR) is essential for protecting patient privacy and advancing digital healthcare. This research paper presents a novel approach that leverages Identity-Based Encryption (IBE) to enable secure, user-friendly sharing of personal health records with healthcare providers and superintendents while addressing the key escrow problem. Our solution not only guarantees the confidentiality and integrity of sensitive medical information but also provides solution to the key management process by integrating a secure key escrow mechanism. By eliminating the need for users to manage encryption keys, our proposed model creates a harmony between security and user accessibility, enhancing the overall healthcare experience. This paper details the theoretical foundation, system architecture, and security analysis of our approach, emphasizing its potential to revolutionize the healthcare data sharing landscape.
