Reduced order modelling and control of hybrid renewable energy-connected power system
摘要
This study presents the control of a hybrid renewable energy (HRE) connected power system via reduced-order (RO) modelling. A combination of differentiation calculus (DC) with the time moment matching (TMM) technique is used to find the RO model. The suggested technique is applied to a 10th-order HRE-connected power system in order to verify its accuracy and efficacy. Further, with the use of ant colony optimization, a PID controller for the higher-scale system under consideration is developed using the suggested RO model and compared with the auto-tune method. Graphical and tabular comparisons are used to illustrate and validate the derived controller.
