摘要

The key factors influencing the sustainability and adaptability of coastal destinations and fishing tourism were identified.

A DEMATEL-ISM model was developed to support policy formulation and strategic decision-making processes.

The causal nature of the factors—whether they act as causes or effects—influencing the sustainability of coastal destinations under climate change was examined.

A hierarchical ISM model was constructed to analyze the interrelationships among these factors.

The driving and dependency powers of the key factors were assessed and systematically categorized into four groups: autonomous, independent, dependent, and linkage factors.
