<p>Urban street organization is an important factor affecting the spatial distribution of urban tourism-related elements. This study first analyzes the street organization of the central urban areas in Chengdu, then investigates the types and characteristics of the distribution of tourism-related elements, and finally examines the relationship between the street spatial attributes and tourism-related elements agglomeration using correlation analysis. The results show that: (1) Among the spatial attributes, street integration is the strongest association with tourism-related elements agglomeration. (2) Among the different tourism-related elements, the strongest correlation with street organization is the transportation element. (3) Street connectivity, control, global integration, and local integration are significantly positively correlated with the density of tourism-related elements, showing the spatial correlation pattern of high–high agglomeration. (4) The spatial differentiation of tourism-related elements is in line with the distribution pattern of agglomeration. The distribution of agglomeration shows a significant core area, and the high-high agglomeration pattern is centrally distributed in the core area. By examining the relationship between the street organization and six tourism-related elements, this study can improve tourism development and the quality of tourism demand in Chengdu, China.</p>
