On drain of dopant in a multilayer structure to increase homogeneity of distribution of the dopant's concentration
摘要
In this paper we consider an approach to increase homogeneity of distribution of concentration of an implanted dopant in enriched area due to organization of drains. We introduce an analytical approach for analysis of mass transport in multilayer structures with account time varying of parameters and nonlinearity of the considered process.
