摘要
Against the background of a critical examination of recent educational media research, this article examines representations of Judaism in secondary school textbooks for Catholic and Protestant religious education as well as ethics in Lower Saxony. More specifically, the paper deals with the question of how the relationship between Christianity (or a Christian-influenced, secular culture) and Judaism is constructed in school textbooks. It argues that this relationship is not (or no longer) drawn as a dichotomy, but remains ‘fuzzy’.
