<p>Management of food products is a challenging task in these days due to the uncertain nature of system parameters. In this paper we proposed an inventory model of deteriorating products with partially backlogged condition in which demand is a linear function depending upon the circular indicator of the product. Again unit profit function is considered as a non-linear function of circularity indicator. Since some system parameters are uncertain in nature, we considered them as trapezoidal fuzzy numbers. Defuzzification of the proposed model is done by using signed distance method. Suitable numerical example and sensitivity analysis is carried out for implementation of the proposed model in industry.</p>
