<p>This study delves into workplace safety literature through a dual-analytical approach, combining thematic analysis with BERTopic modeling to reveal broad thematic areas and nuanced emerging topics. It identifies two major thematic topics for safety: occupational safety and construction safety. These emerging topics are significant as they indicate a trend toward workplace safety. The study reveals novel intersections between occupational safety and construction safety within workplace safety literature. The findings of this study are not just significant, but they also highlight a momentous and noteworthy shift in contemporary workplace safety research, with a heightened emphasis on occupational safety and construction safety, underscoring their critical role in safeguarding workers and enhancing industry standards. The analysis reveals a robust concentration on themes such as workplace safety, safety health, and occupational health, which are crucial for mitigating risks and promoting well-being. Importantly, this study underscores the proactive measures implemented to prevent accidents and maintain health in diverse workplace settings, emphasising a concerted effort towards comprehensive safety management across industries and their practical implications for industry practices.</p>
