<p>This study systematically investigates Circular-Ambidexterity Supply Chain Management (CASCM) indicators in the palm oil industry. Using the Best–Worst Method (BWM), Interpretative Structural Modeling (ISM), and MICMAC analysis, the research identifies 24 CASCM indicators across various dimensions. Key findings highlight critical indicators like operational costs and extraction rates for sustainable strategies. An ISM based on SSIM results and MICMAC analysis visualizes interdependencies among CASCM indicators, identifying key drivers for strategic decisions. The integrated BWM-ISM-MICMAC approach employed in this research provides a detail assessment of CASCM indicators, particularly at level 3, which comprises 20 indicators. This methodology reveals that indicators such as Palm oil extraction rate, customer exploration, and supplier exploration are among the most crucial at this level. Conversely, recycling efficiency, supplier exploitation, and wastewater quality are identified as less significant. These insights enable practitioners in the palm oil industry to prioritize actions that enhance operational and social sustainability, thereby facilitating informed decision-making that promotes a more sustainable and resilient supply chain. This model enhances understanding of sustainability challenges in the palm oil supply chain, offering actionable insights and a framework for future studies in sustainable supply chain management.</p>
