A note on Hilbert-Schmidt frames for \(\mathcal {C}_2(\mathcal {H})\)

摘要

We give a characterization of Hilbert-Schmidt frames for the Hilbert-Schmidt class \(\mathcal {C}_2(\mathcal {H})\) C 2 ( H ) in terms of surjectivity of a bounded operator on \(\mathcal {C}_2(\mathcal {H})\) C 2 ( H ) . A difference between standard frames in separable Hilbert spaces and Hilbert-Schmidt frames for \(\mathcal {C}_2(\mathcal {H})\) C 2 ( H ) is discussed. Hilbert-Schmidt frames for \(\mathcal {C}_2(\mathcal {H})\) C 2 ( H ) are constructed using bounded operators on the Hilbert spaces \(\mathcal {C}_2(\mathcal {H})\) C 2 ( H ) and \(\mathcal {H}\) H that satisfy certain properties.
