On the study of a new class of local fractal functions

Fractal functions constitute an important tool to generalize many techniques of real data interpolation. They are constructed using Iterated function systems (IFSs). Local iterated function systems extend and generalize these IFSs, namely, the ones whose attractors are graphs of functions. In this paper, we construct local fractal functions defined with Matkowski contractions in unbounded domains and we introduce generalized local fractal functions defined in the cartesian product of unbounded domains.
