We study harmonic meromorphic functions having pole at \(\infty\) and harmonic meromorphic functions having pole at \(z=p\in (0,1)\) and introduce the notion of hereditarily spirallikeness with examples. We obtain a necessary and sufficient condition and some sufficient conditions in terms of coefficients of the functions for hereditary spirallikeness. We have further studied relation between starlikeness and spirallikeness and some growth theorem for harmonic meromorphic functions.
