<p>We propose an intelligent system for accident prevention due to the overloading of vehicles. It provides a solution for the road accidents caused by overloading of the vehicles. The proposed system uses a calibrated load cell and Arduino UNO to measure the weight and send a signal to turn off the engine whenever the load on the vehicles crosses a specified threshold. For the communication functions, Bolt Wi-Fi Module along with LoRa (Long Range) has been used to send out the vehicle’s information to the nearby police station so that necessary measures could be taken.</p>
