摘要

The importance of gas sensing technology is growing in various fields such as environmental monitoring, industrial safety, and healthcare. This study focused on the potential of integrating High Entropy Alloy (HEA) nanoparticles with two-dimensional (2D) materials for advanced gas sensing technology. Nanoparticles with a multi-element composition (five or more elements), known as HEA nanoparticles, hold a highly ordered and crystalline, resulting in numerous active sites for gas interactions. The hybrid system, formed by combining 2D materials with exceptional surface properties, demonstrates improved gas adsorption and charge transfer capabilities. The proposed strategy shows potential for developing advanced gas sensors that are both highly sensitive and selective. The utilization of HEA nanoparticles in gas sensors offers an opportunity for the advancement of next-generation sensing technologies.
