The election year 2024 was significant. With the European elections in June and the three state elections in Saxony, Thuringia and Brandenburg in September, four elections took place from which insights can be gained into the changing party competition structures in Germany. This ZPol-Focus provides analyses and findings on these elections and also looks at the consequences of the election results.
