<p>The article examines temporal references in press texts that negotiate the meaning of so-called artificial intelligence for humans and interprets them as practices that conceptualise AI in a&#xa0;particular way and produce a&#xa0;particular idea of temporality. In this context, the article introduces the method of qualitative corpus linguistics and shows that corpus linguistic methods can also be used for qualitative analyses.</p>

摘要

The article examines temporal references in press texts that negotiate the meaning of so-called artificial intelligence for humans and interprets them as practices that conceptualise AI in a particular way and produce a particular idea of temporality.
