<p>This article draws attention to a&#xa0;Minnerede that contains literal borrowings from the prologue of the <i>Goldene Schmiede</i>. After establishing philologically the textual basis, it discusses the discursive interferences of ›secular‹ and ›spiritual‹ and the poetically productive friction between genre and style. The reflections on this instructive example address general questions, such as author-signed pre-semantizations, and borrowed, declined or overwritten semantics. This article is also intended as an invitation for the reader to marvel at the literary-aesthetic paradoxical phenomenon of ›geblümte Minnereden‹.</p>
