Problematische Possessivität: Possessivpronomen und Reparatursequenzen in historischen Dramen
摘要
This paper discusses interactionally negotiated problems concerning possessive relations within selected German dramas from the baroque, enlightenment, Sturm und Drang and classical periods. More specifically, the use of possessive pronouns and their problematization by the dramatis personae will be analyzed. The theoretical and methodological framework is provided by Conversation Analysis and Interactional Linguistics, which is applied to the analysis of literary dialogues. The focus is on observable practices of problematizations of possessive pronouns which have at their basis troubles with the use of these pronouns relating to the expressed relations of possessivity. The hypothesis is that because of the complexity and range of different possessive relations and their relevance for the organization of human life it is to be expected that there are sequences within the dramas where such possessive relations are problematized and consequently enacted by the dramatis personae.
