Climate Change and Human-Ecological Justice: A Social Work Futures Perspective
摘要
Climate change, which includes extreme weather events, touches all life on Earth. The social work profession is finding itself at the nexus of how to address the impacts of environmental changes on people and the planet. This paper provides information on futures thinking and foresight approaches, including two example scenarios, that can be accessed in the classroom or in practice settings to imagine alternative ways to engage, assess, intervene, and evaluate ways to address the climate crisis.
