摘要

Schools play a key role in promoting the well-being of children and adolescents, yet evidence-based interventions that address multiple protective factors simultaneously remain scarce. This study evaluated the effectiveness of PromoBIENdo, a multidimensional program designed to foster subjective well-being in sixth and seventh-grade students by targeting self-esteem, coping strategies, strength-based parenting, sense of community, and school support. A total of 123 sixth and seventh graders participated in the study, 67 of whom were in the experimental group. No significant differences were found between the groups in terms of age and gender before the intervention. The experimental group participated in all four modules of the PromoBIENdo program simultaneously for 12 consecutive weeks. These modules focused on variables such as self-esteem, coping strategies, strength-based parenting, sense of community, and school support. After the intervention, students who participated showed improvements in self-esteem (F (1,121) = 11.9, p = .001), perceived school support (F (1,121) = 9.45, p = .003), and school attachment (F (1,121) = 15.16, p = .001), compared to the control group, based on pre-post intervention analyses. These findings provide preliminary evidence of the effectiveness of this multidimensional and multicomponent program in promoting subjective well-being in children and adolescents, as well as insights into the variables that may have the greatest impact on these changes.
