Research on Mathematical Model of Rolling Force for Asymmetrical Rolling of Cu/Al Clad Plate
摘要
Utilizing the principal stress method, we have developed a comprehensive mathematical model to predict the asymmetric rolling force experienced during the processing of Cu/Al composite plates. According to the geometric relationship and deformation characteristics of the composite plate, the length of different deformation intervals is solved. The differential element stress in different deformation zones is analyzed, and the rolling pressure in different deformation zones is solved by combining the equilibrium differential equation, the geometric relationship of deformation zones, the boundary conditions, and the yield criterion. The accuracy of the mathematical model was verified by finite element simulation and rolling experiments, and the influence of process parameters on rolling force, neutral point position, and rolling zone length was analyzed according to the finite element results, which provided a theoretical basis for further research of the rolling process.
