<p>Digital documentation of cultural heritage has experienced significant growth in recent years, primarily due to technological advancements in computer science. Documentation studies rely on photogrammetry and laser scanning, which are becoming increasingly practical and efficient. However, since these data collection methods cannot always produce complete and complete data, data fusion is necessary to meet the requirements. SfM-based photogrammetry is a data collection technique widely accepted in documentation studies due to its practicality, speed, and cost-effectiveness. Additionally, recent technological advancements have led to the emergence of low-cost LiDAR systems, such as Apple’s iPhone (starting from 12 Pro) and IPAD, making research more cost-effective. For this study, three cultural heritage artifacts were selected. The documentation process used SfM-based photogrammetry and IPAD PRO LiDAR methods for practical, fast, and cost-effective data fusion. However, further research is needed to determine the usability of the IPAD PRO LiDAR method in documentation studies and to assess the accuracy and sensitivity of the data fusion. Statistical analyses were conducted to assess the advantages and disadvantages of IPAD PRO LiDAR scanning and to determine the accuracy of data fusion. At the end of the study, the effectiveness of SfM-based photogrammetry in 3D model production and the usability of the IPAD PRO LiDAR system, a new approach, were evaluated statistically, and suggestions were made for future studies.</p>
