<p>In this manuscript, while referring to the concepts of fusion frames and scalable frames, we introduce scalable fusion frames and we present an equivalence condition that shows that the scalability of a fusion frame is equivalent to an operator condition between the diagonal operator and the fusion frame related operators, like analysis, synthesis and frame operator.</p>

摘要
