摘要

The application of alkalescent nucleoside antibiotics loaded onto zinc oxide nanoparticles (ZnONPs) may have a positive impact on multiple aspects of rice plants, such as antioxidant enzymes, proteins, Molandialdehyde (MDA), Hydrogen peroxide (H2O2), proline, photosynthesis, hormones, fatty acids, and metabolites. The rice plants that were subjected to Magnaporthe grisea + ZnONPs treatment induced high levels of activity in parameters such as superoxide dismutases, peroxidase, MDA, H2O2, jasmonic acid, salicylic acid, and indole acetic acid. On the other hand, the plants that were treated solely with ZnONPs induced the highest levels of catalase, protein, proline, photosynthesis rate, abscisic acid, phenol, and flavonoid in the rice plant. ZnONPs also significantly impact fatty acids compared to the control group. The study's overall conclusion is that alkalescent nucleoside antibiotic-loaded ZnONPs can combat the biotic stress caused by M. grisea. Furthermore, they induce rice plants' physiological and biochemical functions, indicating that these biofabricated ZnONPs positively impact rice plants.
