<p>In this paper, we deduce a summation transformation formula for Gaussian hypergeometric series. Using this, we express certain twisted Kloosterman sheaf sums in terms of special values of Gaussian hypergeometric series. This generalizes a result of Dummit et al. related to a conjecture of Evans.</p>

摘要

In this paper, we deduce a summation transformation formula for Gaussian hypergeometric series. Using this, we express certain twisted Kloosterman sheaf sums in terms of special values of Gaussian hypergeometric series. This generalizes a result of Dummit et al. related to a conjecture of Evans.
