摘要

The article takes the context of work-oriented adult basic education as its starting point and, with reference to a qualitative-reconstructive study, focuses on the perspectives of participants and teachers as actors in this context. With the help of Bourdieu’s habitus-field theory, patterns of participation and patterns of educational practice were reconstructed, which can uncover fitting relations in the work-oriented adult basic education. On the one hand, these findings show the importance of habitus-specific relations between participants and teachers and their reflection for educational events as well as the learning and educational processes located therein. This opens up perspectives on field logics of work-oriented adult basic education. At the same time, they emphasize that said context must consider the social framing of education in its low-threshold approach.
