Herausforderungen und Perspektiven für Beratung in Bildung, Beruf und Beschäftigung in gesellschaftlicher Transformation
摘要
This paper examines different perspectives of experts from science, associations and practitioners on guidance in education, careers and employment in the context of social transformation. Using two focus groups with quantitative ratings, consensual and polarizing perspectives on the topics of lifeworld orientation, structures and transparency as well as digitalization are identified and contrasted.
While there is a consensus on the importance of biography- and lifeworld-oriented guidance approaches, there are controversial positions on digitalization and the design of the guidance landscape. For example, the use of AI in guidance is rated much more positively by experts with a stronger practical focus than by those with a scientific and strategic background. The relevance of a central, supra-regional guidance service is also the subject of controversial debate.
The paper demonstrates that there are different perspectives on the challenges and opportunities of guidance in the transformation society. The different perspectives of the stakeholders in the guidance landscape are made transparent and are presented. The results thus provide valuable insights into the heterogeneous positions in the field of guidance. They highlight transformational aspects of guidance and underline the need for continuous dialog between the various stakeholders.
