摘要

Confined water in the floor poses a significant endanger to coal mine safety. To reduce damage to the floor from mining, an innovative method for preventing confined floor water inrush based on automatic roadway formation without pillar (ARFP) mining with pressure relief and grouting reinforcement is proposed in our study. Firstly, the technical principles and process of this method are introduced. Subsequently, based on the floor damage characteristics, the effects of pressure relief and grouting reinforcement on reducing the floor damage are analyzed by UDEC simulation. The results demonstrate that pressure relief reduces the floor damage range while weakening pathways for water inflow. Grouting reinforcement further enhances the overall stability of the floor strata by sealing off water-conducting fractures and improving lithology. Based on these findings, field experiments are carried out at Rongkang mine. During the field test of ARFP, there are no dangerous signs such as floor heave and water inrush, and the pressure relief effect of surrounding rock in retained roadway is greatly improved.
