Introduction <p>Gestational trophoblastic disease consists of a wide spectrum of disorders from molar pregnancy to as dreaded as choriocarcinoma. Though molar pregnancy can be seen commonly and its continuation to Gestational trophoblastic neoplasia can be in up to 50% of patients. But GTN following term pregnancy is a very rare occurrence.</p> Case Details <p>Hereby, we present case of a 30-year-old multiparous lady who was diagnosed to have choriocarcinoma with lung metastases following uncomplicated term vaginal delivery. Though she was a high risk GTN, but timely intervention in form of multi agent chemotherapy was a stitch in time.</p> Conclusion <p>Diagnosis of dreaded complications like GTN can be delayed following uncomplicated deliveries. However, a differential should always be kept in mind in a patient coming with postpartum irregular vaginal bleeding.</p>

Introduction

Gestational trophoblastic disease consists of a wide spectrum of disorders from molar pregnancy to as dreaded as choriocarcinoma. Case Details
