Objective

To construct standardized endometrial cancer organoids.

Method

Preparation and culture of endometrial carcinoma organoids from human endometrial carcinoma tissues. Verified the consistency between organoids and primary carcinoma tissues through microscopic cell appearance and immunohistochemistry.

Result

The appearance and biomarkers of the constructed endometrial carcinoma organoid were consistent with those endometrial carcinoma cells from patients.

Conclusion

The appearance and biomarkers of the endometrial carcinoma organoid were consistent with those endometrial carcinoma cells from patients.
