Background <p>Uterine sarcomas are rare malignancies, accounting for only 3–5% of all uterine cancers and 1% of all female genital tract malignancies. Leiomyosarcomas are the most common subtype. Uterine sarcomas are distinct from endometrial carcinoma in terms of epidemiology, pathogenesis, diagnosis, and management.</p> Material and Methods <p>This study retrospectively analyzes seven cases of uterine sarcomas treated at a tertiary care center in North India from April 2022 to October 2023. Data were collected from medical records, radiological imaging, histopathological reports, and follow-up records.</p> Results <p>The study provides insights into the clinical characteristics, diagnostic challenges, treatment approaches, and outcomes of the included cases.</p> Conclusion <p>By presenting and discussing these rare cases, this study aims to enhance the understanding of uterine sarcomas and contribute to the standardization of their treatment.</p>

Background

Uterine sarcomas are rare malignancies, accounting for only 3–5% of all uterine cancers and 1% of all female genital tract malignancies. Leiomyosarcomas are the most common subtype. Material and Methods
