摘要

Borderline ovarian tumors, comprising 14–15% of cases, typically manifest early but rarely result in colorectal perforation despite their anatomical proximity. We present a case of a 53-year-old woman who presented solely with rectal bleeding, illustrating uncommon manifestations of borderline ovarian tumors. This emphasizes the crucial role of comprehensive evaluation, including clinical, radiological, pathological, and immunohistochemical assessments, in achieving accurate diagnosis and optimizing patient management.
