This article delves into the various de-escalation approaches, highlighting the shift toward hypofractionation as the new standard, the potential benefits of Partial Breast Irradiation (PBI) and Intraoperative Radiation Therapy (IORT), and the careful consideration of omitting radiation in select low-risk patients.
