摘要

Background

Ectopic breast tissue on vulva is extremely rare. It can give rise to both benign and malignant lesions but these cases are very uncommon.

Case report

We hereby describe one such case of periductal stromal tumor (PDST) in accessory breast tissue in vulva in an adult female.

Conclusion

The number of reported cases of PDST in breast is limited. After extensive search of literature, no case of PDST in vulva has been reported till now.
