摘要

In this article, I argue that the medieval philosopher and theologian Thomas Aquinas can make a valuable contribution to philosophy of management. I describe how Aquinas can be read to helpfully articulate a model of servant leadership as combining leadership with service through the connection between the virtues of magnanimity and humility. I also describe how Aquinas expands the model of servant-leadership to include service to broader community not simply leadership in providing internal benefits or leading public benefit companies.
