This review investigates the role of personalized medicine in advancing gangrene management by integrating genomics, regenerative therapies, and targeted interventions.
MethodsThis narrative review synthesizes recent clinical trials, preclinical studies, and translational research related to personalized gangrene therapies. Key areas of focus include genomic profiling, stem cell therapies, gene editing (e.g., CRISPR-Cas9), tissue engineering, biomarker-based diagnostics, and individualized antimicrobial regimens.
