Abstract <p>Neurocosmetics is an emerging field of cosmetic research that combines dermatology and neuroscience to address various skin conditions by leveraging the brain-skin connection. This review explores several scientific aspects of neurocosmetics, including how the roles of neurotransmitter modulation, neuropeptides, and sensory pathways in influencing skin health and aging. A review of the safety considerations and legal frameworks was also conducted, in addition to stem cell research’s particular synergistic function in skin regeneration.</p> Lay Summary <p>The skin serves as a protective barrier against external invasion and an important body part in regulating bodily functions and well-being.
