Polymers are increasingly utilized in engineering applications that can experience high loading rates, necessitating increased understanding of their response under such conditions. The tamped Richtmyer-Meshkov Instability (RMI) method was used to characterize the equation of state and dynamic strength of the polymer Epon 828 cured with Diethanolamine (DEA).
