The Wave Packet Transformation in the Framework of Quadratic-Phase Hankel Transformation

Wave packets are a mathematical tool used in signal processing and data analysis, extending the concept of wavelets by offering a more flexible decomposition of signals. The main goal of this paper is to construct the wave packet transformation in terms of quadratic-phase Hankel transformation and discuss some of its basic properties. An inversion formula for quadratic-phase wave packet transformation is also obtained. Some examples are given.
