Parameter Identification of Fractional Order Partial Differential Equation Model Based on Polynomial–Fourier Method

摘要

Parameter identification plays a crucial role in the study of dynamics for fractional order structural models. This article introduces an innovative approach to identify parameters by employing an approximation. The approximation which is a function of the parameters combines the polynomial and Fourier terms. In the method proposed in this paper, this approximation is based on a least square method. An identification process is then derived, comparing the developed approximation to the measurements. The optimal parameters of the model are then extracted easily through the minimization of a cost function. Numerical examples showcased in this study affirm the viability of this proposed method for successful identification.
