A Fuzzy-Based Normalized Unified Objective Attribute Relative Weight Assessment (NARA) Decision-Making Approach for Navigating Green Aviation Fuel Selection
摘要
In this study, an innovative method known as normalized unified objective attribute relative weight assessment (NARA) was developed. This method utilizes a combination of multi-normalization techniques, proceed stakeholder opinion parametric functions, combined objective methods, and a novel final aggregation operator. The paper discusses the green aviation fuel selection, which includes four alternative and fourteen criteria for vital environment advantages for airlines. The data acquisition is carried out in Bipolar q-rung orthopair fuzzy numbers, which deal with uncertainty information in two dimensionality aspect. The bipolarity q-rung matrices are evolved through NARA and Weighted Aggregated Sum Product Assessment (WASPAS) approaches for securing attributes weight and alternative ranking value. The proposed NARA approach is validated through comparative test with nine objective weighted methods, and the flexibility of the framed methodology is analyzed through sensitive analysis under 10 different conditions. The paper mainly suggests the effectiveness of the developed NARA approach and algae-based fuel is found to be the best alternative among others as per the proposed extended Multi-Criteria Decision-Making (MCDM) methods.
