<p>To solve the problem of the lack of human subjective feelings and non-objective factors in the current material decision-making process, as well as address the lack of fuzzy information collection, the M-TSFS method of material recommendation based on the T-spherical fuzzy set and the Method based on the Removal Effects of Criteria (MEREC) is proposed. We collect and quantify people’s subjective feelings in the form of fuzzy numbers, and calculate the weights of each criterion through an objective weight calculation method, and then obtained the final ranking result of the scheme through the aggregation of matrix information. Finally, we used the example of the library customized seat material design scheme to verify the feasibility and effectiveness of the proposed method.</p>
