Dynamics of Ebola virus transmission with vaccination control using Caputo-Fabrizio Fractional-order derivative analysis
摘要
A deadly, highly contagious disease named Ebola has proven difficult for global public health systems throughout the past decade. This investigation develops a fractional-order mathematical model described using the Caputo-Fabrizio derivative to explore Ebola virus transmission patterns, along with predictions regarding the effect of vaccination based on measured data. Fixed point theory ensures both the existence and uniqueness of solutions, which rigorously establishes the model’s accuracy in reflecting epidemiological realities. The epidemic requires immediate attention because its basic reproductive number exceeds 55. The control strategy evaluation system indicates that effective transmission reduction requires continuous monitoring of essential variables, including transmission parameter values and human population recruitment figures. Numerical analysis using the Laplace-Adomian Decomposition Method shows how increased vaccination rates lead to faster virus elimination. The research demonstrates that Ebola eradication can be achieved through vaccination, as fractional-order analysis reveals that setting alpha to 1 yields the best vaccine effectiveness. Graphical representations in these results illustrate the significant relationship between vaccination policies and Ebola transmission rates.
