Analysis and Research on the Vibration Characteristics of Carriage Belt Conveyors Under Different Working Conditions
摘要
The distribution of materials on the conveyor belt of the carriage belt conveyor is uneven. The fluctuations in material flow and speed cause the vibration characteristics between the carriage and the rail to vary with changing operating conditions. This presents higher requirements for the generalization ability and data quality of the model in the study of carriage-rail state detection methods. To investigate the operational vibration characteristics under different working conditions and effectively monitor the carriage’s health status, this paper constructs a coupled dynamic model of the carriage and rail. The model is used to systematically analyze the vibration response characteristics of carriage wheels under different loads and belt speeds, and to examine the ability of various time-domain features of vibration signals to represent different operating conditions of the conveyor. The validity and authenticity of the derived patterns are verified through experiments, providing a theoretical foundation and prior knowledge for subsequent research on carriage and rail condition detection methods.
