<p>In recent years, there has been an interest in evaluating school-based teleconsultation as a viable alternative to traditional face-to-face consultation. Analyzing the utility of different modalities of teleconsultation is important to make recommendations to practitioners. Eleven graduate students enrolled in a school psychology specialist program participated in this pilot study. We evaluated the feasibility, efficiency, and acceptability of three different technologies (i.e., web camera, Swivl, and telepresence robot) to support school-based consultation after participants had the opportunity to engage with each technology in a laboratory setting. Descriptive statistics are included to evaluate participants’ baseline comfort with technology and ratings on the technology survey as a measure of feasibility and acceptability. Results indicated that participants had a slight preference for the Swivl, but that each technology was rated favorably despite technological issues with connectivity and audio quality. Practical considerations for selecting and using technology to support school-based teleconsultation are offered considering the limitations of this study.</p>
